”What’s really great about us is that we all kind of have creative things to bring to the table; photography, film, and I think that that really helps. We all work together that way. With the music industry now a lot of it is just working your way from the bottom up so it’s definitely hard but you have to do as much as you can on your own. Practice, go out and play shows and if it isn’t good go home and practice and do it again until it is.”

Finally have a set date for our Empires interview!

So I’ll be interviewing Ryan Luciani next week for mine and Alysen’s music blog Saturday Nights & Neon Lights! And we’re still in the process of putting together questions, so since I know there’s some Empires aficionados on Tumblr I was wondering if there was anything you guys wanted to find out!

If you have some suggestions for what you’d like to see in the interview, leave them for me in my ask box or our SNNL ask box and I’ll try to fit them in!
